Descanso garden again....

Well....not much going on again after our anniversary....but here are some photos cuz we went to Descanso garden again since there are not too many new places that we can find nowadays...Here is a photo of Mintie and her dad 1st....I had no idea what they were talking about......

Ok so we walked up to the house at the garden....We usually don't do that but then I guess taking a diff. route once a while is ok....


Found some weird tags of plants....and then it rained late in the afternoon while the sun was out...how weird...

3 YEARS !!!!!!

Well....We were PUBLICLY married for three years yesterday....very scary when you think about it....time just flies....okok....that is that....here is what happened for the anniversary day....

I kinda woke up late since the cats were bugging me during the night. I was wondering why Billy got up early (cuz he took a day off anyway), and then found out he was doing some work on the 787 plane that showed up on our fire place after I woke up...


For those people who came to our wedding maybe you would remember the video clip with the 787 plane in it....yeah it's our wedding day too....Here are some of the gifts which came from Billy in the past. They are all sitting there trying to fill up the fire place space...lol...

We then went to get coffee and breakfast, but there was no photo cuz the Chinese bakery put everything in plastic bags and made all the bread look ugly....oh well....

For the rest of the day, Billy was working on his big project....which was to make a Lawry's prime rib dinner at home. There were photos from the past we took at Lawry's. For whoever interested at comparing, please refer to the blog back few months ago...

So here is the chunk of meat we got...went through several markets and finally found it at Pavilion....It was also the 1st time we used our new oven after we moved into our house....

This is how Billy set up the table in our backyard....

It took few hours of work, and I didn't do anything at all....lol....

Hades was really going nuts since he smelled the steak cooking for the whole time. He kept on jumping to the table to check if the meat was ready. I finally got him to settle and wait on his lounge chair....

So 3 years has passed....hopefully all the coming years will be even better :)

End of June is near, and summer officially started this week....

Ok....not much to update....so I decided to put some photos of the cats to who how they "sleep around" the house....

Hades sometimes sleep on the arms of our sofa next to the windows.....that is when he is in a good mood, not wandering in the back yard....

Mintie loves her favorite red pillow on the sofa...and there is a special spot for her to sleep on the sofa too...

and of course both of them sleep on the tree house...taking turns of course cuz usually they don't like sharing....at least Hades doesn't....


and when Hades is in a REALLY GOOD mood....he would let Mintie lick him and sleep next to him using her as a pillow....on the bed....

and here is the new kid nobody likes....I guess Chap is just too young and ADD for my cats to like....He is usually locked in his own room. Hopefully in a month or 2 Hades and Mintie will not mind him roaming around in the house freely...


Ok...here is the only new thing we got in June. Billy and his dad put together this gazebo thingy and with the table and chairs we got we now eat dinners in the backyard when the sun goes down. Hades loves it when we eat there cuz then we would be spending time with him in the backyard, and then he can show us how he sprays....lol....

Ok...one last photo which I took with iphone....One day I woke up and Mintie was having such a good time when I was petting her she actually turned around to show me her belly....believe me she doesn't do this a lot...just too cute....:)

It's almost at the end of June....Big shocker for June was the news of Jen getting married. I am still worried how the cats will be when we fly over for that wedding. Let's pray and hope all things will be fine at home while we are gone....sighs...
