Miami trip, last day....

Okok...I know I have waited long enough to finish the Miami trip....but a lot of stuff happened and Clement came back to LA...so anyway...here it is...

Before we head out for the last day of our stay at Miami, we finally took photos of the fountain right in front of the hotel entrance....Sun was bright, and we had problem opening our eyes as usual....

Waiting for our car at the valet place right at the door....Valet parking was 30 dollars per day....yeah....for driving your car out once a day that is overly expensive....

The island we stayed at was famous for coconut tree plantation....as you can clearly see they do have a lot of coconut trees still....

Huge trees....

We had lunch at Tropical Polle...weird place that had BBQ stuff and some cuban food....

We went to this Spanish Monastery which was moved brick by brick from Spain. It is the oldest church building in America, and we were lucky enough to get in for free cuz we went when they have Sun service....yeah even till now they still have Sun services....

Very ancient looking....

They have nice looking hallways....

Took a shot of the camera man....and Ivan took a shot of Billy being the Tarzan even though it was all blurry...

Nice little prayer well....it was locked though...

Ivan praying for something in the monestary....I took this one and really liked it since it looks poetic....lol....

We tried to check out the waterfront place at Ft. Lauderdale....and there was basically nothing to see....a lot of shops were closed too...

We went to Daina Beach which was close to the airport... basically because there was not much to do at Ft. Lauderdale....We went to this restaurant and spent sometime there while looking at the beach...

Nice view from the restaurant......

I guess the hot weather got Ivan really tired....

Food we got...the soup was scary cuz I thought it would be New England clam chowder but turned out to be a weird type of chowder with FISH in it....

The pier at the beach. We went out to check it out after the meal but didn't stay for long since it was still freaking hot. The water was actually quite clean cuz we could see fish swimming around people very close to the shore....kinda scary too...

The last stop for our Miami trip was the airport. We returned the rental car 1st took some photos at the rental car center since it's huge and has some cool decor...Here is a cool wall next to the restrooms...yeah I know....we were bored...

Billy wanted to take a photo of us...and Ivan took a photo of that....

They had a lot of mini planes on the ceiling at the ticketing place...and I think this was the last photo of Miami :)
